I am delighted to contribute this message on the occasion of the installation of R. Wor. Bro. Mohan Wanigatunga as Provincial Grand Master of the Provincial Grand lodge of Sri Lanka under the Grand lodge of Ireland.

I have known R. W. Bro. Wanigatunga both personally and professionally for several decades and considering his zeal and enthusiasm in anything he undertakes, he will no doubt be a worthy successor of R. Wor. Bro. Col. R. Harindran.

R. W. Bro. Wanigatunga has been a frequent visitor to Lodges of the English Constitution and is a member of our chapter. His desire to promote closer interaction among the three constitutions which he has intimated to me on several occasions is worthy of emulation.

On behalf of the English Constitution, I take this opportunity to congratulate R. W. Bro. Wanigatunga on his installation and wish him all success in implementing his plans and design for Irish Lodges in particular and the propagation of freemasonry in general.
