I am delighted to know about the historic celibration of 10 years of the formation of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Sri Lanka. This milestone must have been achieved with lots of conservation and consolidation of the part of R. W. Bro. Colonel Harindran. I extend my heartiest congratulation to him for steering the fledging Province in its formative years.

This special communication is all the more remarkable as it also marks the passing of the baton of leadership to the next generation. I am confident that with his extensive experience in administration in his Masonic as well as non-Masonic activities, R. W. Brother Mohan Wanigatunga will lead the Province and Irish Freemasonry in Sri Lanka to higher glories.

May the G A O T U prosper the Provincial Grand Lodge and bring every happiness and health to the retiring as well as the incoming Provincial Grand Master.
