It gives me great pleasure on behalf of Bro. Dharmin Perera and the Scottish brethren in Sri Lanka to extend my heartiest good wishes and fraternal greetings to our Irish Brethren of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Sri Lanka under the Grand Lodge of Ireland.

At this communication of your province let these wishes be especially extended to Rt. Wor. Bro. Chandranath Mohan Wanigatunga who will be installed as the Provincial Grand Master and to Rt. W. Bro. Jayendran Arulraja Setukavalar his deputy.

As the Provincial Grand Lodge is completing 10 years of freemasonry in Sri Lanka it is a great occasion to look back and appreciate the wonderful things that have been achieved during this period.

Rt. Wor. Bro. Wanigatunga is and experienced brother and I am sure that under his guidance Irish Masonry in Sri Lanka is going to go from strength to strength.
